How do I open a wholesale account?
Apply with your business name, retail license and resale certificate by emailing [email protected] or calling (213) 537-3335. Our team reviews every application and sets up your account once it is approved.
Who can buy from this site?
Licensed retailers only. You must be 21 or older and hold the licenses your state and locality require. We do not sell to consumers here.
Why can't I see wholesale prices?
Wholesale pricing is shown only to approved, signed-in accounts. Signed out, you can browse the full catalog, MSRP, case math and lab results.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $500 ship free.
What is the difference between a display and a master case?
A display is the counter-ready box or case that holds a set number of units, for example a 10-pack display case. A master case is the shipping carton that holds several displays, for example 15. Every product page shows the exact math, and you can order either one.
Where do I find lab results (COAs)?
Every product page has a lab results section, and the Lab Results page lets you find COAs by product or flavor. If a COA is not online yet, your rep emails it with your order confirmation.
How do I re-order?
Sign in and use Re-order in the header to open your past orders and add them back to your cart. You can also add any product straight from the catalog.
Do you offer net terms?
Net terms are available for approved accounts. Ask your rep about eligibility and limits.
